Problems and anxiety can multiply, triple and quadruple when kept within our own brains.

It can be hard to reach out, but sometimes all we need is an outsiders point of view to de clutter our heads and change our perspectives.

When we keep things hidden and bottled up, we are creating a viscous cycle of dishonesty for women.

This is where you could help me out – I want to begin an advice feature on THE LUCKY LEO where women share their inner most thoughts and feelings as a way to inspire and support others.

With no modesty, I can say that I am pretty good at giving advice. In the past I’ve found myself in sad, lonely places that I felt I’d never be able to get out of. The good news is, I did, and I’ve reached a place where my brain is mostly lovely and content.
